Welcome @jwburns32, Mine take a little while to warm up also. I have idiopathic small fiber peripheral neuropathy. Have you been diagnosed with neuropathy?

You know that’s a darn good question. No the mayo told me several years ago that I had three years and I had no options so I only assume what I go through a blood clots tingling in the ankles and feet and coldness.

No, I have not. When the Mayo Clinic told me I was out of options. They would never tell me why, but it is neuropathy. I’m sure.

I am glad to find this post. After a seeing a 4th neurologist, I was diagnosed with idiopathic SFN. I have this burning feeling all over my body. My hands and feet get cold in the evening. But the burning feeling is still there. While family and friends are sympathetic, they can’t relate. How do you cope? It is really frustrating.
