I was just diagnosed with severe osteoporosis at 57 also. I also don't want to take any of the meds for it either. I'm more worried because I had neck surgery 2 years ago. I'm at a loss of what to do myself. I'm going to make an appointment with my Endocrinologist now. This was discovered with my Rheumatologist. Thank you for the post. 🙏
