Any condition that impacts how we previously lived our lives and imagined our futures can bring similarities in our respective situations. It's very grounding and humbling, isn't it? A defintite mind re-set for which gratitude and positivity play key roles.

I see you did an interview for Silver Sneakers - I'm going to have to watch that. (Plus I need some motivation to get back to exercise on a regular basis!)
