To which specialty group should a referral be made? Going through the list I don't see which one would be appropriate for that condition, (pediatric acute-onset neuropsychiatric syndrome).

PANDAS is recognized by Mayo Clinic "A possible relationship has been suggested between strep infection and a rare condition called pediatric autoimmune neuropsychiatric disorder associated with group A streptococci (PANDAS). @bajjerfan, the appointment coordinator can help direct you to the appropriate specialty. You might wish to start with pediatric neuropsychiatry.
