Anyone have Prostate Cancer Stage 4 with good results?

My husband is stage 4. Gleason 6. Metastasized to virtually every bond and 2 lymph nodes. PSA 1696 down to 33 currently. Taking Abiraterone and prednisone since Nov 2024. Pretty severe pains that move all over the body. Lack of concentration and motivation, crying spells. What can help with all these side effects?

This sounds like a case where chemo and or Pluvicto Could reduce the pain he’s feeling.

I’ve seen cases where a PSMA pet scan lit up like a Christmas tree and one session of Pluvicto eliminated almost all Metastasis. It doesn’t work that well for everyone, but your husband might benefit greatly from doing it.

Has he already been through chemo? That can also great reduce the pain you’re referring to because it can reduce or eliminate many metastasis.

His PSA is also very high still. Usually abiraterone will usually reduce the PSA to below 1 pretty quickly, And also take the testosterone down below five. It doesn’t appear to be working well unless he’s only been on it for a few weeks.

What have your doctors recommended be done?
