Thanks for the info and encouragement. May I ask what drug you are taking that put you back into osteopenia. I agree that staying up with PT and then staying active are key.

I had a 12 month treatment with Evenity. Only side effects were some fatigue the day after, but only the first month. Then, an infusion of Reclast. After that infusion, I went out for Mexican food. Went to work the next day. I know that this isn’t everyone’s experience, but it has been mine.
