I was so easily irritable and couldn’t control my anger for 12 days after quitting the meds. From the day 13 I’ve began feeling more depressed than angry. Either way a sad story.

It’s tough, trust me, I do know! I did take my mood stabilizing supplement last night before bed and woke up feeling pretty good (fingers crossed it stays that way!)
