I have very painful neuropathy in my feet. I am in so much pain every day.I have tried all kinds of creams and lotions and nothing works. Can someone give me some advise how to stop this terrible pain? I have to put ice packs on them at night to relieve them a little.

See your doctor and ask for a referral to see a neurologist. If this isn't an option, ask your doctor for a prescription for something like gabapentin to help dull the pain. You can also ask them about taking alpha lipoic acid, it's an OTC supplement that may help lessen the pain as well. I'm taking both of them, and while the pain and numbness is always there, it's not as bad as it has been in the past.

Ok,thank you. I will try it. I do take gabapentin also.

B12 regrows nerves insulation, whole body. Alcohol stops it's absorption thru intestine wall. All seniors are low B12. We all need 4.5 micrograms B12 daily just to maintain nerve coatings. One steak is only 4 micrograms B12. Bread etc is zero. Take METHYLCOBALAMIN daily and await improvement.
