I did see a nutritionist at Cleveland Clinic in Ohio that was very good as I had lost 35 lbs trying to eat the candida diet of a couple of programs. I wasn't eating enough calories.
So I starting looking at the calories on everything and made it to 82-83 lbs. What is berberine?
I just saw a Candi Cleanse on Amazon that has oregano oil with walnut, wormwood and it claims it will cleanse your gut. Also returning your flora. Do you know anyone who has tried it?
Not sure if I can afford a Holistic Dr'.
