My cardiologist told me it an aortic aneurysms cannot shrink. Mine is 4.8--she said verbatim, "it can't shrink but we can keep an eye on it to monitor it".

Mine was 4.9 diagnosed Jan 2020. Today it is 4.1. I have done alot of research exploring and by losing significant weight, stopping smoking, reducing stress and really focusing on consuming healthy foods, we exercising especially walking as much as possible, and other herbs and such that focus on arterial wall health, it has been stable bow for three years at 4.1, incredibly! God bless.

Wow!!! That is awesome and very encouraging, a big reduction. Thanks for sharing.
I need to lose about 30 pounds and eat much healthier.
I hope God will grant me to be able to bring mine down to under 4cm

Please post or direct me to a post of yours that has the herbs, supplements, etc. you are using as I am faced with a similar situation and would like very much to pursue that idea as opposed to surgery at this time. Thanks in advance for your reply and your time..
