Anyone tried using red light therapy?
There seems to be some evidence that photobiomodulation - heating the skin via infra red light - has some benefits for stimulating nerve re growth. There are lots of devices available on Amazon as well as lots of seemingly expensive treatments provided by chiropractors.
I would be interested to know of any personal experience with such devices and any possible recommendations.

I tried it. It caused severe burning pain but did not improve my neuropathy. Maybe others were more successful. God Bless
I have unstable gait and balance problem. I have vey little foot pain on the ball of my feet since using the red light therapy. I have arthritis on the top of both feet and I think that the red light therapy helps. I also use CBD 750 mg relief cream which helps on the top of my feet which helps
Do you have a particuler strong red light impulse? Are there any? Twomonths use of my magnet footlets have not imptoved my gait
Used red-light therapy for 6 months but no noticeable improvement.
If it's something that's only being offered by chiropractors, not by any medical professionals, then it's probably a scam. Don't fall for it.
Yes, I have unstable gait and poor balance. I don’t have pain in the ball of my feet as long as I use the lights. I still have the numbness but it has not increased. I usually sit with my legs elevated.
I have been using HealthLight foot and ankle device for 6 years. It is made in the US and is medical grade. It cost $1600. I chose this device because it had good reviews and I am happy with it.
Do you have Drunken sailor gait and has it been helpful?
Is your "gait " about the same not progressing all these years? Do you also walk?
I am interested in your saying you question your neuropathy, that is what I call my gait and I would call your painful wrist. Is your wrist considered carpal tunnel syndrome? and not neuropathy
Confusing, neurologist told me no help for my unstable gait and night attack issues.
