Mine are delayed reactions, trouble communicating, or just staying silent since not able to speak.. feels like mind is shifting into a forbidden hole which my I can feel my body trying to fight to say no! … very strange. After, have the worst headache …….

It seems you are having complex partial seizures. I do also have them and depending on the intensity, I can stay 1 hour without being able to speak properly. Headaches usually follow after those seizures.
My husband has told me that I speak out the word NO before those seizures start. Then I just stare and stay silent.
