Thanks for your input. At this point I’m very frustrated and honestly don’t even trust my Endocrinologist’s advice and I’d like to go to Mayo but I’m 450 miles from the closest clinic.

I live in the Phoenix area. I went to Mayo for my treatment. I think that I had 2 visits with a rheumatologist. He then sent me for about 4 labs and scheduled an appointment with a cardiologist. The cardiologist led to more appointments and labs. They prefer their labs done at Mayo but they might be able to schedule the same day. You could video conference some of your appointments and possibly do most of your labs at home. Mayo has gotten very busy to get appointments. Mayo Phoenix does not take Medicare advantage plans only straight Medicare.
