I have been using red light therapy for 6 years. It has taken away the pain in my feet and the numbness a little. I would recommend buying a medical grade device made in the US. I bought a foot and ankle Healthlight device for $1600. I use it for 20 minutes a day. The numbness has not increased so I am happy with any help for this terrible condition. There are many devices on the market so I bought one with good reviews.
