WTF??? How many freakin times can you go thru this?
I’ve read that there are stents inserted in certain cases of BPH. Yours is more serious of course, but is there anything along those lines to keep the urethra open?

Sadly a stent won't work in this case. Since my sphincter doesn't work, a device like an AUS or, ProAct would be needed to keep urethra closed and, it would have to go right where a stent would be to open the restriction.
