Hi
I did low level light therapy at a clinic so it dies red, blue and white light therapy. I have found I'd has helped some. Also I am spraying Magnesium spray on my feet at bedtime and it is helping . It also helps with sleep. What light did you buy was it from amazon

I have found the Magnesium spray did nothing for me and, as usual, this is another product I have had reduce the funds in my pocket book!
