@5416jh

I was diagnosed with OMG in February. I have double vision and blurry vision. I did test positive on aCHr binding blood test. Neurologist prescribed Mestinon 60 mg three times a day. We decided against Prednisone because it can affect my insulin resistance. The Mestinon helps vision but I couldn't continue it because it dropped my heart rate too much and caused me respiratory issues. I also have asthma. I did a lot of research and found Huperzine A used for OMG. I get it on Amazon and it has helped me and I get no side effects. I take 200 mg in morning.

@5416jh I’m glad you found something that works for you! What does your doctor say about it?
