Anyone tried using red light therapy?

@osric

I've been dealing with neuropathy in my feet and lower legs, experiencing frequent tingling and numbness. A couple of weeks ago, I bought a Ceathyra red light product on Amazon to see if it could help. After using it for around two weeks, I feel like the discomfort has eased a bit, and the daily sessions also help me relax.

I'm using it for about 15 minutes each day. Has anyone else tried red light products? I'd love to hear your experiences or any tips on how to get better results. Thanks in advance!

Hello @osric,

I combined your discussion with an existing discussion titled:

@domokane started this discussion asking a very similar question, and although the discussion is long, I though you may appreciate reading the many members' experiences with red light therapy: @jsg12206, @magnum52 and @jsg12206 shared their research and experiences with rlt.

@osric, you mentioned you have been using red light therapy for 15 minutes a day, how has your initial experience been?
