Thank you for asking…I tried all times of day…hated to quit it but I needed to sleep after a while

How long have you been taking it? Took me about 5-6 months before I wasn’t able to sleep

I've only been taking it for about 2 months but my rheumatologist wanted me to take it at night only bc the pain was keeping me up. I tried that for a week and then switched to mornings. I like it much better now lol.
