I am having extreme electric shocks pins and needles and numbness mainly just in my left foot. Just wanted to see what options yall are doing. I am diabetic.

Have you been diagnosed with diabetic neuropathy? Have you started any treatments?

Have you discussed your symptoms with your physician?
I would suggest seeing your provider prior to starting self treatments. Diagnostic imaging such as EMG, or MRI might be suggested by your physician. Is your glucose under control?
