Tadalafil effectiveness post Prostate Cancer Radiation & Eligard
67 y.o., Gleason 7 resulted in 28 rounds of radiation in tandem with 12 months of Eligard. Been without Eligard now for 6 months. PSA holding at 0.2. Been on generic Tadalafil 5mg once daily for one month with little to no results. Doubled-up dosage and had little to no results. Curious to know from Prostate Cancer survivors who had a similar journey if Tadalafil has worked/dosage, and if not, what alternatives do.

You could try a penis pump to get erect and maybe hold it with the help of Cialis
If it doesn’t work the next step could be a bimix or Trimix injection. Most People who use it say there’s minimal pain.giving the injection and gives a strong erection.

3 Reactions@kujhawk1978, thanks for this comprehensive and informative reference. I was encouraged to read how men who have undergone radical prostatectomy, radiation therapy, and hormone therapy might see their ED dysfunction rehabilitated (through oral medication) as a consequence of enhanced blood flow. My doc had me try 100 mg of sildenafil, and that worked; so, we'll see.
Working with their physician, my hope is this reference helps others on a similar post-treatment journey back to life as intended.
Peace and good health to you.
