Congratulations on your improvements! As someone who has just begun this journey (3 doses in) I am praying for a similar outcome. I noticed your post was back in Dec 2023. What drug did they put you on to sustain your results? Curious if you have had a scan at the end of 2024 and if you were able to maintain your numbers. Thanks so much!

Oops, I just re-read your post. So fosomax or the like was prescribed after you wrapped up evenity treatment. How did it go and did it help you to maintain the bone growth you experienced?

yes i was put on alendronate weekly and afternoon year Incontiniedntonprovemlsmspine to osteopenia for a total 23% increase and Left hip 12.4% and femur 9%. so i did continue gains with alendronate. i’m now on my second year of alendronate with a DXA in October 2025.

i do exercise a lot with weights and keep the vitamins going. so overall very pleased and i r not fractured anything either
