Voltaren might help. It's a gel (used to be by prescription only but now over the counter). I have arthritis in one thumb and use it when Tylenol Arthritis isn't helping. Not ideal with blood thinners, but otherwise okay to use with the steroid, Methotrexate and biologic drug I'm on. Best of luck 🙂
