Does anyone else experience hot burning skin as symptom of Neuropathic

This could definitely be neuropathy. I have this pain like a sunburn for several years
long after my first symptoms appeared. My first symptoms were a feeling on the bottom
of my foot that felt as if I had cardboard stuck to it. Didnt tell anyone for years because I
was afraid they would think I was crazy

Thank you that is exactly how I felt with the sunburn is the way I describe it and also I was hesitant to mention it to my doctor because I wasn’t sure what they might think. I’m so grateful for this group. I know it will help me.
