Thanks Mayblin. This is a very helpful article. I think I am a ways off
from trying this, unless my Forteo hasn't done anything more to help my
bones according to my next REMS test. I am also still trying to find a Dr
who will prescribe bioidentical estrogen.

Same here; trying to find a doctor who will prescribe bHRT. Hard to find in my area since they are not recognized as a legitimate delivery method by the majority of the medical community since many are not regulated by the FDA.
