Thank you for all the advice. I have never been offered the nebulized saline treatment. I have the cavitary form and as you say bacteria can lurk. I will be taking probiotics this time and will try the wrist bands I used to use them when I went sailing and they worked! I hope you continue to stay well. Thanks
