A relaxing conversation: Which fictional character would you dine with

Posted by Morgan17 @harmony11, 6 days ago

If you could have dinner with any fictional character, who would it be and why?
Just for a relaxing conversation
Personally, I'd choose to have dinner with Sherlock Holmes. Imagine the fascinating conversation—his keen observations, brilliant deductions, and perhaps even some witty banter. Plus, I’d love to hear about his adventures straight from him!

What about you? Would it be someone adventurous, magical, or maybe just hilarious?👨‍🦳👴❤✝

Bilbo Baggins. I would like to have a feast with him and the other hobbits, then romp with them through the green, rolling hills.

After the feast, be sure to wait a little while before commencing your romp. You don't wanna catch a cramp!

I would like to sit down with Henry VIII and get his real feelings about his six wives.

I love this post and the way it has grown from made up characters in fiction (I love Winnie the Pooh as well as Eyore and Piglet) to real people who are long gone (Nelson Mandela would be incredible to have a yarn with).

It’s got me contemplating more!

Thank you 😊

I know he made cutting remarks about Anne Boleyn and Catherine Howard.

I would love to dine with Anne Elliott, the main character in Jane Austen's book Persuasion. I'd love to discuss the strong characteristic that led her to hold on to hope and kept her from becoming bitter toward a very unkind and unappreciative family.

Yes, tea with Anne Elliott!
