Thanks for replying. I take 60 mg a day. My PCP upped it to 90mg and I was so dizzy the next day I couldn't walk. I went back to 60mg. I also take Lexapro. So are you taking 60mg in the morning and 60mg at night? I was a little confused about your dosage. Since I've only been on it for a month and a half maybe there is hope the nausea will go away. I will google the Buprenorphine because I don't know what that is. I'm doing PT also, but that doesn't seem to be helping either. I am taking it with food now thinking that might help. I'm sorry you've had to deal with pain for so long. What a great love story you have!! Congratulations!

Hello @besmith57 - in answer to your question, yes - I do take 60mg Duloxatine in the morning plus, 60mg Duloxetine in the evening (so 120mg in total throughout the day). Definitely take the medication with food - even if it’s only a couple of cookies, as that will settle the nausea feeling. The Bupronorphine is an opioid, and my GP had to be given clearance by the pain clinic to prescribe it for me…and the pharmacy needs ID from whoever collects it on my behalf. Thank you for your very kind words - they are greatly appreciated 🤭😊
