Yes, my ENT saw one on my first post op MRI. He said it was small and wouldn’t cause any problems. No need to do anything with it. Hope it all comes out perfectly for you!

Thanks for the response! Unfortunately mine is growing still and they feel I'm at risk for things like meningitis, etc if I don't have it removed. I guess after a certain size they can be just about as destructive as the tumor on the pituitary was!
I hope yours stays small and you continue to do well!
