My doctor prescribed Pantoprazole for the same thing, it helped me a lot with the same symptoms. I can’t afford not eating because I’m very thin and this problem made eating almost impossible, I used drinks like Ensure and Boost to get some calories. I don’t know if there’s any treatment for this problem, I had some tests done and nothing showed up, I have some other symptoms from covid but the I think it might just have to run its course because nothing ever showed up in the many tests I’ve had. I hope that you find some help with your stomach and maybe the medication I mentioned helps you feel better or perhaps your doctor might have something else to help you, good luck.
