read your summary, don't know your full story, but I am also in AZ. and am looking to go into the mayo in scottsdale. they said they will ck. their calendar for June and see if Dr Ortega has an opening (I req.. him). they sound really full - I know its hard to get in. so i'm waiting to hear. also waiting to get rid of nocardia infection so I can contact stem cell clinic. are you in phx?

I'm in Scottsdale. My appointment is with Dr Sacata at the Phoenix campus on Mayo Blvd. I think they want to check out my nodule first. Which, from what I am reading, is probably a bit of a "nothing burger". Hoping I don't have to wait 2 - 3 months after that if they decide to hand me over to someone else for the BE diagnosis. Hope you get in soon.

What university or hospital is the stem cell clinic affiliated with? Is it part of a clinical trial? Perhaps thay have an ID doc who can treat your nocardia to speed up the process?
