Thank you for that response, Sue. Would it be too much trouble to ask your co-pilot what he or she knows about setup or where you folks got your info to make the choice you did? That would be SO helpful to so many of us. I’m really lost here and am a one-woman show—still working at 73 and for the foreseeable future, with recent diagnosis of both MAC and Nocardia. History of massive hemoptysis, and tb when young. Would really appreciate help on this point as I struggle to mitigate bacterial load. Many thanks!
