My mother and my work are the two biggest stressors. I have always been quiet and backward, so social anxiety is horrible, my mother is a compulsive gambler and is being evicted for not paying her rent. She blames everyone else but herself. Meaning, she blames her kids for not helping her and the landlord for not letting her make payments to catch up her back rent. And the already gave her two payment plans that she didn’t keep. So exhausting.

I know absolutely nothing about compulsive gambling other than to not give them money. If my mom were doing that I’d try and get her conserved if she refused help. Any money she got would be money left over after all her expenses were paid. At least she would have a place to live, food and be safe. If my mom was unwilling to help her stud feel responsible to help her.
Just because something is difficult doesn’t mean you should avoid it. Often times anxiety is caused by the way we look at a situation. People with anxiety often look at it in a negative way. Try looking at things more positively. Yes I know, easy for me to say. But sometimes the most difficult situations have the greatest rewards.
You didn’t say why your job was so stressful.
Good luck,
Jake
