What is the best ostomy app for tracking (food, liquid, supplies etc)?

After 47 years with Crohn’s and multiple surgeries I just had an colostomy. I’m wondering if anyone could recommend z a an app for tracking bag changes and replacement dates. It doesn’t sound like there are any apps that will let you record your food and liquid input but a second app could be used for that. I’ve seen the apps “Ostobuddy,” “Ostomy 101,” and “My Ostomy life”. Has anyone used these apps and found them to be helpful?

My ostomy predates smartphones, so by the time they were invented I was well past the initial stages of trying to figure everything out. I used a spreadsheet to track my appliances, and what worked and didn't work... it took a while for me to find what worked for me and I found that to be helpful.

I currently keep a memo pad with my supplies and record the dates of my changes, just so I know when I did the last change. I have all my supplies in one drawer, so when I am down to one box of bags, I do an order.

I took a quick look at what is available on Android (which is what I have). It doesn't look like anything does everything you want, but "My OstomyJourney" looks like it lets you log food, appliance changes, but not output. OstoBuddy has a different subset, and MyOstomyLife seems to be more about usage and exercise.... I would say try the different ones and let us know! I used the LoseIt! app to track food when I was having issues being underweight, and that lets you track carbs, protein, etc.

My husband has a high-output ileostomy that requires us to track a lot of different things. We are tracking all intake of food, fluid, all outputs, weight, BP. We had to create our own spreadsheet as we could not find just one app that would capture everything we needed to report to our various doctors. Plus I am a bit of a nerd and want to know the speed of intake to output and if there are any food correlations to that (currently fried foods are pretty fast) so we track everything by the hour. If I was techy enough I would create an app just for this type of thing.
We are also doing trial and error with different appliances and the length of time in-between changes. Because of his high output we were at best getting 36 hours out of a change but now we are on the Coloplast Mio high output and he is getting 3 days before needing to be changed and far less stool build-up on the ring itself.
