Please let me know I anyone finds out what works for neuropathy? I have it in both in both feet and getting worst can’t hardly walk guess I need to say any natural

Sadly, I think what works for one person's neuropathy doesn't always help everyone else. You might want to take a look at the different treatments listed on the Foundation for Peripheral Neuropathy - https://www.foundationforpn.org/therapies/.
