Essential tremors: Anyone experiencing shaking?

I'm 74, notice small hand tremor in my left hand since my early 40's. my hands are shakier now and this past 2 years if have a verticle head wobble when I'm sitting. I know if I relax my shoulders it stops but I have to concentrate on doing that to keep it from starting again.

I’ve suffered 15 years from hand tremors and voice tremors. My voice sounds strained and wobbly when I speak. Katherine Hepburn had this. Aggravating and incurable, sadly. I am on gabapentin both AM and PM…600 mg each dose. There are currently no drug’s out there to ease the symptoms.
I suggest you find a Neurologist who can best explain your issues. So sorry…aging SÚ-KS
