That is another name for umbilical stem cell therapy, and this is exactly the type of service that is outside the bounds of not only conventional medicine, but unproven at this time.
Research is ongoing, and like other emerging therapies, we will get there, but right now it is unproven, expensive, not covered by insurance and carries risks. As @marbe said, it may not work.
What conventional treatment are you hoping to avoid?
