Not able to have a orgasm
I am having a difficult time to reach a orgasm when having sex with my wife. I have to use a combination of Viagra and a pump with a ring to have a erection good enough to have sex. The problem is that I start out having normal sex and great feeling of building up to a orgasm and then the feeling goes away and I don't have one. It's quite frustrating and my wife feels guilty that she isn't doing something right. That's not the case I tell her, you're doing everything you can. Has anyone had this experience and if so, have you had a remedy or still suffer from this issue? I have had the same problem when using Trimix.

FWIW, I'm on ADT and can get decent erections with 100 mg of Viagra, just not orgasms but I'm hoping those return when ADT ends. I've heard from guys in my support groups that the injections can be uncomfortable and those that do them mostly do it for a partner. Right now, I have a mental block even thinking about a penile implant because it just seems too permanent and what if it kills the sensation? But, again, some guys in my group have had one and only one doesn't like it. I recently started seeing someone and, after a couple dates, put my cards on the table and they have been OK with things as they are so we'll see.
In some ways it's kind of interesting just going along and enjoying intimacy without thinking about getting to the big finish. I'm certainly able to last a lot longer--probably indefinitely or at least until the Viagra wears off.
I have been using trimix with what was a way to strong of a dose. My first was well over 4 hours. I got Dr to prescribe a lower dose and even it was too strong so i dialed it back to 1/4. It produced a satisfory erection, but I have been unable to climax, My dorctor says it has to be stimulation, but I am not believing that. It seems like the sensation/ feeling is reduced. Any one else had this problem?
Some of the drugs we take for prostate cancer can prevent you from getting an orgasm. What are you taking?
Have not had cancer thankfully. No medicine that I can think of that would cause this. I experience a lack of sensitivity. Very frustrating. Strongly considering implant.
You only get an implant if you can’t get an erection, it won’t increase sensitivity.
If you are thinking of an implant because you can’t get an erection, even with cialis or Viagra then try the injections like bimix or Trimix. They work with us prostate patients who have had prostatectomies and can’t get an erection.
After my targeted radiation robotic prostatectomy 13 years ago, everything worked, no incontinence,no ED, Dry orgasms but would sometimes "shoot" urine. Six months ago had 37 bouts of salvage radiation therapy after years of .0004. but PSA had risen to .16 Now have all the symptoms, slight dribbling on occasion, erections creeping back but worst has been fried rectum. Never know if it's gas, feces, etc. Not sure I wasn't too quick to get the radiation
Did your PSA climb slowly? I’m in same boat. After 18 months off of Lipton and Abiratetone my PSA has gone from .01 to .03 to .05 to .09, blood tests every 4 months. I am starting to be concerned
I had seven weeks of salvage radiation 11 years ago. The only problem I have is some incontinence.
How experienced was your Medical team. It sounds like the Radiation hit a much wider area than it should have.
@jimmyc1243, I can understand your concern. Am I reading your post correctly that you've been treated for prostate cancer and finished Lupron and Abiraterone treatment 18 months ago, and now recent readings have shown a slow increase in PSA? Do I have that right?
Yes that is correct
