I was going to mention abiraterone but it It doesn’t work in the high percentage of cases. I’ve heard that only 5% of people that move from a lutamide to abiraterone are successful.
Abiraterone can raise your blood pressure, I never had blood pressure problems, but now do and I take three different drugs twice a day because of it. It also brought back afib which I hadn’t had for well over 10 years before, had three times while on abiraterone.
If you have no heart problems, it could be worth trying to see if I can get your PSA back down. That won’t take more than a couple of months. Ask your doctor about this. If you were involved with a cardiologist You could discuss it with them. There are cardio-oncologists that really specialize in it.
