Thank you Sue. This in line system is tankless so one thing less to worry, but the carbon filter which is present in all sets is my concern. The carbon filter is about 30 dollars so it can be replaced, what, every two weeks I guess. We tried to install the under sink in line, like you have, sediment and then the 0.1 -0.2 filter but just 0.1 single filters are not sold at all. Well I will contact the manufacturer and ask if and I will share here. Now when I am off the meds I am even more careful with water. Thank you for your time and thought.

If the filters are serial (one after another) and it passes through the sediment filter first, the carbon second, and the RO .1 micron filter third, then flows immediately to the tap, any NTM will be trapped by the final filter. However, I am unfamiliar with how RO works, so you need to be sure.
