I take liquid Asian red Jensen syrup I put it in my coffee every morning very lucky to have an Asian friend that sent it to me it's very expensive I've never heard of American Jensen didn't seen is an Asian product

I think American Wild Ginseng is those harvested in the 'wild' as opposed to cultivated. If you go online and Google it, there are a number of online Asian or Chinese stores that sell it but @sheridanb managed to get it in a health food store.
