I was prescribed Duoneb as a bronchodialator followed by 7% saline then lastly Stiolto. This was recommended by NJH. My local pulmonogist then replaced the Stiolto with Yupelri since as it is nebulized it went directly to lungs rather using an using an inhalor. Haven't seen a change in mucus production. I would certainly use it after saline.

Thank you. I think I am dried and have bad constipation- did not experience it before and I read it could be a side effect. I won’t nebulize it for a few days and see if there is any difference. Will also contact my pulmonologist. Thank you for your response because it always helps to share our experience
