Don't let cribform scare you into thinking it's never cured because it is. I too was recently diagnosed with 4+ 3 gleason 7 with cribform pattern, 55 years old... 2 of 15 biopsie cores positive. Psa 4.63..cribform is curable was my main reason for commenting.

Yes, absolutely curable! The fact that it is more “resistant” to radiation simply means you have to augment the treatment with a boost (HDRB) and ADT.
It is the same thinking that goes into treating a Gleason 8 or 9 - they are more aggressive (resistant) so they, in turn, are treated more aggressively.
