Hi, I had the lack of sensitivity and losing erections but just came across something by accident that has helped with both. Now you being on meds may affect this I don't know because I'm not on anything. I started taking 350 mg of magnesium glycinate a month ago to help with sleep. 2 pills/half in the morning and 2 a hour before bed. It helped with sleep, bathroom regularity and getting hard. Not only the frequency but the quality. I would say that took about a week for that to kick in. Caught totally by surprise but now understand the etiology of it. My guess is I t depends on why your having ED problems. Avoiding or limiting grains and foods fried in seed oils is key also because those cause estrogenic effects in the body. The funny thing is I bought L arginine, L Citruline, L Carnitine and pine bark to start trying for this but don't think I need to now.

Just wanted to add magnesium can affect your BP (lower) and that I was taking a multivitamin once a day along with a Nac/zinc/quercetin supplement and then 1000iu of vitamin D3 and K2 a day also. Don't take the zinc and magnesium at same time but you can take one of them w/the D3. D3 needs K2 to help with absorption but also needs zinc and magnesium to work but they compete with each other so take them apart by a hour or 2. I think the magnesium was the key because I had already been taking the other stuff for awhile but it wasn't til after adding the magnesium that I noticed the difference.

Thanks for the info and keep it Up! No pun intended.lol
