One thing about your comment that bothered me was that your stool finally pushes through the seal of the bag. What seal? I cut the hole in my pouch to fit my Stoma and there is no seal. The Stoma should pass through the pouch and there should be nothing to keep it from being free flowing. One other thing you might try since your skin is flat around the Stoma is a Convex Pouch.
