Cabergoline is apparently more commonly used than yohimbine; there are only one or two published studies on it that I’ve found, and it helps about 2/3 of those in the trial; keep in mind it’s hard to do the right controls for this, so there is some subjectivity. And, for those who benefit may have to take it for some weeks or months to notice an improvement. It hasn’t yet worked for me, now 10 weeks into trying. Anorgasmia is common with age and there is no known treatment. Nature didn’t intend for us to even live this long, and things “wear out” for those who do.
