I noticed you received treatment at NYU Langone. My husband's Pulmonologist has been on medical leave. His December appointment was rescheduled to later this month. We are thinking of going to NYU group in the city. That would be a hour train ride compared to a 10-minute walk to office of his current doctor.
Would you share the doctor(s) who treated you at NYU and your experience there? His last sputum test results showed 2 positives for Mycobacterium Avian Complex and 2 negatives. He nebulizes daily with saline to thin mucus and when he hears wheezing, he also uses budesonide nebulized.
Thanks for sharing. This group has been most helpful addition to our own research.

I strongly recommend going to NYU. Seven years ago, while attending an in-person support group, I learned practically everyone in the group was going there. I also see Dr Doreen Addrizzo Harris. She is an international expert. If you have any specific questions, feel free to reach out to me.

Enjoy the day,
