🧐 wow That’s a lot of work just to sleep however I won’t use my earbuds when I’m trying to sleep because I don’t need blue noise white noise, green noise. I need no noise- that’s the point and it’s not happening - and Dr don’t get it. They say the same thing. Well here we’ll give you therapy. You can play sounds. I don’t want sounds newsflash. I do not want sounds I need quiet.
oh well as the world turns-
I’m OK during the day because of all the surround sound in the outside.

Sleep is struggle- however like everything else, I am slowly getting used to it talking myself into sleep, go to sleep, close your eyes, etc. etc.
Thanks for your info. I’ve researched it all. There is no answer no matter what they say. There is no answer. You gotta do it yourself.😎

If I feel like I am not going to fall asleep easily, I take 2.5mg of valium. Fall right to sleep and wake up feeling fabulous!
