Hello, I am on my 1st week of post operation Rouxen Y Bariatric surgery.The liquid sipping is working out fine. The slips of paper I got at the hospital said to get 60 grams of protein from clear liquid protein drinks. And drink up to 64oz of fluids per day. I have been average an total of 70 oz is that too much?

Sounds like you are doing everything right, but can not answer question about 70 oz of fluid being to much. Check with your care team if more then 64 oz is OK.

Do you care to share with group the type of clear liquid protein drinks you are using?
