Years ago, my Dad had the same issue. He saw a nephrologist who inserted a stent, if I remember correctly, it was in the ureter(?) and allowed the kidney to function normally again. After that he responded normally to routine blood pressure medication. Have you seen a nephrologist?

Thanks for your reply . My nephrologist referred me to Vascular Surgery for the stent placement. I am so scare of stent in my Kidney. Please do you remember which of the hospital your Dad did his own?
